Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Bazzicus item as much as we do!! But it may happen that it doesn’t fit or it wasn’t what you expected and we may understand that. Read below for information on how to exchange and return your item(s) to us:

Both swimsuits and bikinis can only be exchanged/returned if they are returned to us in their original condition, without signs of use and with their original packaging and hygienic protection intact and package remaining.

Step 1: Please e-mail us at bazzicus.info@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving your item and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange and the desired new size and/or color. Our Customer Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 2: Ship the goods back to us.

Please note the following:

You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the package is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. (To be safe, the package should be sent by registered mail).

The return postage is paid by the customer, and our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items, unless if we made a mistake or the item is damaged.

Step 3: Please inform us by email of the new product, color, and size desired.

If the product you desire is in stock by the time your package arrives at our facilities the exchange will be processed within a week. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your new tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our facilities.

If the product you desire is out of stock by the time your package arrives at our facilities the exchange will be processed as soon as we get the item back in stock. The time for this may vary, but we will keep you informed. Once the item is available you will receive a shipping confirmation with your new tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our facilities.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and refund will be made available within 15 working days. We do not make returns of the value of the shipping costs.

Our warehouse is located in Portugal.

We do our best to ship your bazzicus as soon as possible but delays may occur. Usually there is a 48h processing time, unless you are buying something in pre-order. If you have placed your order during weekend or holiday, the shipping process will start on the following business day. As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow the package.

Portugal & Espanha → 5€ (2-3 dias úteis)

Açores & Madeira → 8,50€ (3-5 dias úteis)

Austria, Bélgica, França, Alemanha, Grécia, Itália, Luxemburgo, Holanda → 15€ (4-5 dias úteis)

UK → 17€ (4-5 dias úteis)

taxes & duties

You may be subject to local import taxes and duties once your package reaches your Country. Remember we are located in Portugal (Europe). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, meaning all additional costs with taxes, duties and customs charges.
