English Version – Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Returns and Exchanges

Bikinis and swimsuits can only be exchanged or returned if they are sent back in their original condition, unworn, with the original packaging intact, and with the hygienic protection in place.

Exchanges

  1. Send us an email at bazzicus.info@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving your item, including:
    • your order number,
    • the items you wish to exchange,
    • the new size and/or color requested.
  2. Return the products to us.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package is not damaged or lost during the return shipment.
  • If the products are lost in transit, no exchange or refund will be issued. For your safety, returns must be sent by registered mail.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bazzicus will only cover these costs if the mistake was on our part.
  • Please always inform us by email of the desired size and model for the exchange.

Processing:

  • If the requested product is in stock when your return arrives, the exchange will be processed within 1 week.
  • If it is out of stock, the exchange will only be made once the product becomes available again. The customer will be informed of the estimated timeframe.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Returns

Refund:
Once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved, a full refund of the order amount will be issued within a maximum of 15 business days.

Outlet

  • Items purchased in the Outlet section cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Only size exchanges are accepted, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is not available, the customer may:
    • wait for the restock; or
    • choose another Outlet item of equal value.

Shipping

We strive to ship all Bazzicus orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur.
  • Average processing time is 48 business hours, unless it is a pre-order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Portugal Mainland & Spain → €6 (2-3 business days)
  • Azores & Madeira → €9.5 (3-5 business days)
  • Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands → €16 (4-5 business days)
  • United Kingdom → €18 (4-5 business days)

Taxes & Customs Duties

Bazzicus is based in Portugal.
  • Any additional costs such as taxes, customs duties, or handling fees outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer.
